BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
This is a versatile black tea that can be enjoyed with or without milk and sugar. It’s also great when brewed using traditional Chinese methods, either with a Gaiwan or with your favorite gongfu accoutrements. This tea does very well with hot and lower temperature infusions. As always, the foundation for great tea starts with good water. Adjust water temperature, infusion time and quantity of tea leaves according to your personal preference.
