Our caffeine-free Chrysanthemum Blossoms are cultivated and processed in Hangzhou, China. Only the finest blossoms are plucked and dried to ensure a wonderfully rich flavor.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend a steeping time of 1-3 minutes with 90C/194F water. Chrysanthemum Blossoms may be infused 3 or more times. After the first infusion, you may wish to increase both steeping time and/or water temperature, a few blossoms would be enough per 8 oz of water. Always adjust the quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences. Chrysanthemum flowers are rather strong flavored so we using a small amount of flowers, sometimes, a bit a sugar is added to compliment and enhance flavors.
