Duyun Mao Jian Green Tea - 2024 Harvest
While not as famous as tea growing regions of Eastern China, the Southwestern province of Guizhou has quietly become the third-largest tea producing region in China. Consistently listed as one of the top ten most famous China tea is the Duyun Mao Jian. This excellent green tea has always enjoyed high praise from tea experts and tea lovers. Its long and illustrious history includes being selected as a tribute tea to the emperor. This tea’s tightly curled, down-covered leaves are exquisitely hand-made by highly skilled tea artists. There are many reasons a tea like this from a rather remote region continues to be so famous, take a sip!

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
BREWING SUGGESTIONS We suggest 3-5 grams of tea per 6-8 oz water. Infuse with water for 1-3 minutes in a thin porcelain Gaiwan or cup. A starting temperature of 70C-158F is recommended. Decant the infused tea into a second cup before enjoying. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
