We would like to introduce you to one of this year's great Guizhou green teas. Guizhou Pine Needles is known in China as Yu Hua Cha, meaning “rain flower tea,” perhaps trying to imitate the famous tea of the same name from Nangjing. We feel this tea need not to imitate or apologize to anyone. It is beautifully hand-fashioned by skilled tea masters into thin needle-like leaves. The flavor is light and delightfully sweet, with a mild yet lengthy finish. This tea should be anyone’s center of attention and rightfully deserves its own high place in the world of beautiful green teas.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
BREWING SUGGESTIONS We suggest 3-5 grams of tea per 6-8 oz water. Infuse with water for 1-3 minutes in a thin porcelain Gaiwan or cup. A starting temperature of 70C-158F is recommended. Decant the infused tea into a second cup before enjoying. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
