Hunan Yellow Tea
Hunan is known for its yellow tea and spicy foods, with the Jun Shan Yin Zhen (AKA the Hunan Yellow Tea) earning a reputation as one of the ten most famous teas of China. Over time, tea has became astronomically expensive while losing some of the original character that made it so unique. We've worked with our partner farms to produce a batch of yellow tea using authentic and traditional methods of yellow tea production to recapture the magic of the true yellow tea.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
BREWING SUGGESTIONS We suggest 3-5 grams of tea per 6-8 oz water. Infuse with water for 1-3 minutes in a thin porcelain Gaiwan or cup. A starting temperature of 85C-185F is recommended. Decant the infused tea into a second cup and let it cool a bit before enjoying. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
