BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
In order to showcase the floral and complex layers of flavor, good water is enormously important. We suggest 5-7 grams of tea per 8 oz of water. Steep with near boiling water for a minimum of approximately 2 minutes. Repeated steepings are recommended. This tea is also an excellent candidate for practicing traditional gongfu tea. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
