An invigoratingly brisk and full-flavored, certified organic Ceylon black tea produced in the highlands of Sri Lanka. This tea's notes of citrus and full-bodied taste are due to the unique environmental conditions in which it's grown. Delicious on its own or served with milk and sugar.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Organic Ceylon Black Tea may be brewed in a regular teapot, Gaiwan, or gongfu style in a small Yixing clay pot. Use approximately one teaspoon per person in very hot, but not quite boiling water: 90′-95’C (194′-203’F). Infuse 2 to 5 minutes depending on desired strength. Re-steep by gradually increasing steeping time.
