BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
To prepare Superior Yunnan Black tea we recommend either a regular teapot, individual steeping cups, or a miniature Yixing clay pot. Allow approximately one teaspoon of leaf per person and infuse for 1-3 minutes in near boiling water, depending on desired strength. Superior Yunnan may be re-steeped several times. After the first infusion you may wish to gradually increase the steeping time, and for the third and subsequent infusions, water which has just come to a boil may be used.
