Xue Pian Phoenix Oolong
This is a winter harvest Phoenix Oolong. Xue pian means snow leaf, inspired by its high grown heritage. This excellent Phoenix Oolong manages to exude the most prized honey aromatics, and an abundant amount of floral notes. The mouth-feel is so rich in complexity that it's hard to forget.
GROWING REGION
Guangdong, China: The southern province of Guangdong, once known as Canton, is a subtropical region, strongly influenced from the moist air of the South China Sea. Here oolong, black, and green teas are grown. Among Guangdong teas, Feng Huang or Phoenix oolong from the Feng Huang Shan (Phoenix Mountain) area is most highly regarded.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend a steeping time 1-3 minutes with 90C/194F water. Xue Pian Phoenix Oolong may be infused several times. After the first infusion, you may wish to increase both steeping time and/or water temperature. Always adjust quantity of leaves, infusion time, and water temperature according to your personal preferences.
