Yunnan Zi Juan Black Tea
We’d like to introduce a new black tea from the famed Yunnan Province. This is a hybridized version of the wonderful and famous Yunnan black tea called the Zi Juan tea, which translates to purple beauty. It features ample amounts of Anthocyanins, a water soluble flavonoid that is usually found in berries. These flavonoids help the Zi Juan develop its trademark purple-red leaves and stems when new leaves are sprouting. This tea yields an abundant amount of the familiar rich bold flavors and the signature deep amber cup of Yunnan black tea, while also bringing its own unique fragrance that makes the Zi Juan unforgettable.
